At Gabi The Label, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
